However, if the user unplugges the card too early or if there is a problem with the power card itself, there may be a "power loss" phenomenon. Often, when this situation occurs, the power of the electric card is not input into the meter, and when the card is read in the electricity sales system, the system prompts "The power of the electric card has been input into the meter". In the past, most users would sell their electric cards again. I hope to try plugging in the electricity meter again to see if it recognizes the card. In fact, doing so will only add mistakes to mistakes. Because the electricity level on the meter does not match the data in the computer system.
It is not difficult to solve this problem. If there is a "power loss", do not continue to purchase electricity for the user. Instead, use the "replacement card" operation (for old users, use the "replacement old user card", and for the first purchase of electricity, if the electricity is not input into the meter, use the "resend new user card").
If electricity is purchased from the user card again, the user card needs to be 'cleared' first. Then delete the electricity purchase record of the user card in the Issucard library, and use the "card replacement" operation. Of course, it's better to handle the former situation more easily.
