However, due to data errors or losses, or damage to the power card, or operational errors, it is possible for the reissued user card power meter to be unrecognized. Before dealing with the problem, there is a concept worth noting that needs to be explained. There are two types of system card replacement: replacing old user cards and resending new user cards. Resending new user cards "refers to the process of reissuing user cards when the first issued card is lost or damaged before inserting into the meter, or when the card is inserted too early or the meter has not yet read the data, resulting in the card being inserted incorrectly. Replacing old user cards refers to the process of issuing replacement cards when the user card is lost or damaged after the electricity meter has been charged once. There is a strict distinction between these two operations, and it is important to clarify them before proceeding. Otherwise, if there is an operational error, the meter will not be able to recognize the card. Of course, if the "resend new user card" operation is changed to "resend old user card". Then it is necessary to log in to a new user account, meter number, and establish a new account for the user, and obtain a new card for issuing and purchasing electricity. The excess records and user cards with operational errors need to be sorted and cleared by our service personnel. The specific operation is to first reset the user card to zero. Then delete the card record from the Issucard library. Delete the account establishment record (Umrelated) of the user card again. After completion, enter the electricity sales system, select "Meter Information Input", modify the "Installed" status of the meter to "Pending Installation", and the user number and meter number can be used by other users again.
If it is handled by our factory service personnel, the warehouse can be sorted according to the above method and reissued for card and electricity sales. For reasons such as data loss or errors that cause the meter to be unrecognizable when issuing a replacement card, it is necessary to complete the data correctly before proceeding with the replacement card issuance work.
