Overview of the Plan

The scheme of remote photoelectric direct reading meter reading and charging system mainly consists of meter unit, data acquisition network, remote communication network, and main station system.

Meter unit: Based on photoelectric direct reading and remote communication interface meter, it is connected through wireless, M-BUS or RS-485 network to form a meter unit. The meter, in conjunction with communication commands, can read the current water volume and status, and enable remote valve control. Its communication protocol can be designed according to DL/T645, CJ/T 188, or user specified protocols.

Data collection network: mainly includes a collector and a concentrator. The collector is responsible for summarizing the meter units, transmitting and receiving data between the meter units and the concentrator, and providing power to the water meter during communication. The concentrator is responsible for collecting and summarizing data from the meters under downstream jurisdiction, and configuring automatic meter reading on a certain day and time of the month according to user needs. The data after meter reading is saved in the concentrator for the main control machine to read at any time, and real-time data in the meter can also be read directly by sending commands through the charging terminal.

Remote communication network: Its network refers to the link layer for remote communication between meter data and charging terminals. In practical applications, wireless architectures such as GPRS or the Internet can be used, or wired connection architectures between charging terminals and concentrators or collectors can be used.

Main station system: The main station system is the core of completing various business functions. The main components are servers, payment terminals, system software, and printers. It mainly completes the registration of financial statements, copying of data, printing of reports, financial reconciliation, and fault diagnosis.
