This system management software module runs in the Chinese WIDOWS98/2000/XP environment, with a fully Chinese operating interface that is intuitive, simple, and convenient to operate. The password level is set, and different levels of operators are given different permissions according to the operating level. Various expense reports can be printed separately or centrally. The specific functions are as follows:
(1) Parameter setting function: Remote setting of basic system parameters for each water meter installed in the system.
(2) Account opening function: remotely open an account for water meters that have been set with system parameters and installed with information, and transmit unique identification information such as communication address, communication password, encryption key, and user number to each water meter in the system.
(3) Water purchase function: Remote prepaid water purchase can be achieved through the system network.
(4) Price or multiple price (tiered pricing) operation function: The monthly water price can be set as a single price or multiple prices (up to 2 tiered quantities and 3 tiered prices) through the system.
(5) Query function for water usage information and equipment operation status: The system can perform real-time information queries on each water meter used for account opening in the system through the network: ① Water usage information data; ② Equipment operating status information data.
(6) Step by step pricing setting: Water meters that have already been opened and operated in the system can be modified through the step by step pricing function, achieving the goal of timely adjusting water prices according to relevant water use policies.
(7) Balance settlement function: When the system needs to process a refund settlement for a certain user, the balance settlement instruction can be used to reset the remaining amount in the table without changing the other information. Then, the corresponding data operation and information registration for settlement and refund can be implemented in the management system.
(8) The registration and storage function of historical water usage data and events: The water meter itself can save the historical monthly usage of the past 12 months, making it convenient for the system to verify, query, and calculate.

(11) Zeroing function: In the event of a software malfunction in the water meter, the "zeroing command" can be used in conjunction with the "programming" button on the water meter to reset the water meter and then reset it for account opening.
(12) Timing function: The water meter comes with a hardware clock, and the system can calibrate each water meter in the system through broadcasting timing commands to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the running clock of each water meter.
(13) Water meter on-site information query function: Common data information can be queried on-site through the "query" button of the water meter. If both the "query" button and the "programming" button are used simultaneously, multiple detailed operating parameters and information of the water meter can be queried.

○ System composition equipment and function
(1) Central main station (management computer):
The hardware of the central main station must include: computer system (CPU, memory, input/output devices, and power supply), communication interface, keyboard, mouse, monitor, printer, and LJPS power supply.
The central main station software shall at least include: system software: Miscrossoft windows98/windows2000/windowsxp (network version requires network protocol and network operating system); Database and database management software Miscrosoft Access 2000/Microsoft SQL Server 2000. The central station uses system management software to call and process data from any meter in the collection terminal at any time through the concentrator under its jurisdiction. At the same time, it can issue various commands to devices in the system. In case of GPRS network failure, it can carry a debugging interface with a mobile computer connected to the site for on-site service.
(2) GPRS module:
The bridge connecting the management system and the 485 network system is responsible for transmitting various instructions from the computer to the backup water meter through the air network. At the same time, it is responsible for uploading the data that the water meter responds to after receiving commands from the control center to the control center, playing the role of uploading and issuing.
(3) 485 data hub:
Directly physically connect with water meters in the network to form a composite network topology structure with multiple forms coexisting. At the same time, the local community network can be connected through multi-level hubs to form a whole structure. Each hub has multiple optoelectronic isolation interfaces, which are directly independent of each other. When one port fails, it does not affect other ports, thus improving the stability and maintainability of the system.
(4) Remote prepaid water meter:
The meter measures the user's water usage and deducts the remaining amount. At the same time, it parses and executes all commands from the network through the 485 bus interface. The meter adopts an ultra-low power consumption design, with a current consumption of ≤ 12 Ua when not in operation. The normal service life of a single replaceable battery is>6 years.
