Huaihua Jiannan Machinery Factory Co., Ltd. is located in the scenic and culturally rich Wuling Mountain region in Huaihua, Hunan Province, an area often referred to as the "Gateway to Qiandong and Qianchu," which serves as a vital passage between Guizhou and Hunan. Our company was founded in 1970 under the original name of the State-Owned Jiannan Machinery Factory (Code 4507), a third-line military industry enterprise under the Ministry of Aerospace Industry. It is here that China’s first modern electronic computer peripheral production line, the first domestic computer hard disk, and the first set of computer floppy drives were developed, contributing significantly to the country’s advancements in aerospace, aviation, and the localization of computer technology. Our company has a registered capital of 142 million yuan, with over 300 employees, more than 30% of whom are technical professionals, and nearly 100 employees holding intermediate or higher professional titles.

Our company is dedicated to becoming a leading provider of intelligent products and services. After undergoing corporate restructuring and technological upgrading, we now focuses on the R&D, production, and sales of high-precision electronic products and precision instruments. We offer a complete range of processing equipment, including facilities for electronic manufacturing, precision machining, complete machine assembly, mold making, injection molding, and surface treatment, as well as automated production lines for surface-mount technology (SMT), through-hole components, and testing, along with over a dozen production robots. We hold nine core technologies, including IC card composite encryption algorithms and applications, hybrid networking and programming technology for remote intelligent meters, intelligent control technology for wind-solar hybrid power generation systems, and interactive communication-based smart water network systems.

We are a member of the China Instrument and Control Society and the China Electrical and Electronic Instrument Standardization Technical Committee. We have participated in the development of several national standards, including GB/T18460 "IC Card Prepaid Electric Meters and Prepaid Electricity Systems." Jiannan has been granted 18 authorized invention patents. We have passed international certifications, including ISO 9001 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety), as well as product certifications like "CQC" and "Energy Efficiency Certification." We have established a "Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center" and a "Provincial Enterprise Technology Center," and is recognized as a "National High-Tech Enterprise," a "Dual Software Certification Enterprise," and a "Hunan Famous Brand Enterprise." Our intelligent metering products have won titles such as "National Key New Product," "Hunan Province Integrity Brand," and "Hunan Province Quality Product," and the company has been awarded the "First New Hunan Contribution Award," "Huaihua Mayor's Quality Award," "Provincial and Municipal Science and Technology Progress Awards," and the "Environmental Contribution Award."
