2. Job Openings

Position: Embedded Software Engineer (2 openings)

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in product requirement analysis; responsible for embedded software design and development.

2. Complete detailed software design, coding, simulation testing, and related technical documentation.

3. Participate in standard interpretation, design review, and code review.

4. Analyze and resolve issues encountered during product testing and production.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics, Communication, Automation, Computer Science, or related fields.

2. Solid theoretical foundation, familiarity with analog and digital circuits, proficiency in C programming, and knowledge of microcontroller software and basic embedded systems. Strong team collaboration skills.

3. Experience in embedded software design for electronic products and development related to operating systems.

4. Candidates with experience in the energy meter industry may be considered even if some criteria are not fully met.

Salary: ￥10K–20K/month

Position: Hardware Engineer (2 openings)

Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement hardware solutions, including schematic and PCB design.

2. Select components, and organize prototype production and debugging.

3. Analyze and resolve issues during product testing and production.

4. Prepare and archive project documents and technical materials.

5. Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics, Communication, Automation, Computer Science, or related fields.

2. Strong foundation in analog and digital circuits; proficient in AD, Cadence, and other design tools.

3. Proactive work ethic, good communication, and teamwork skills; able to handle work pressure.

4. Candidates with experience in the energy meter industry will be given priority.

Salary: ￥10K–20K/month

Position: Automation Equipment Technician (3 openings)

Responsibilities:

1. Handle faults in automation equipment to ensure smooth operations.

2. Oversee 6S management on the production site.

3. Maintain and repair factory automation equipment (e.g., automatic placement machines, soldering robots, automatic testing lines).

4. Analyze deeper equipment issues and provide complete solutions to improve availability.

5. Participate in the implementation of digital and automation projects.

6. Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Associate degree or above in Microelectronics, Mechanical, Automation, or related fields.

2. Experience with robotics, automated production lines, and conventional controllers.

3. Strong logical analysis, coordination, and execution skills.

Position: System Engineer (1 opening)

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, implement, maintain, and improve the company’s management systems (quality, environmental, occupational health, and integration of IT and industrialization).

2. Act as liaison for external and third-party audits.

3. Conduct regular (biannual) or ad-hoc internal audits and follow up on corrective measures.

4. Maintain quality management system documentation.

5. Train staff on system procedures.

6. Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

1. Associate degree or above in Electronics, Management, or related fields.

2. At least 3 years of experience in quality management system planning, auditing, and improvement in the electronics industry.

3. Strong sense of responsibility, principled work approach, and proactive problem-solving.

Position: Hardware Test Engineer (2 openings)

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct tests such as functional, integration, EMC, and reliability testing to ensure product quality.

2. Develop test plans, test outlines, and reports.

3. Oversee prototype assembly, process validation, and system testing for new products.

4. Create production documentation for new products.

5. Verify new materials and provide quality feedback during testing.

6. Provide technical support for after-sales services (short-term travel may be required).

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics, Communication, Computer Science, or related fields.

2. Preferably 2+ years of product testing experience.

3. Familiarity with hardware testing methods and tools like multimeters, oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers.

4. Proficiency in common office software (e.g., Office, CAD, PS).
